MEDUSA COLLECTIVE
The Medusa Collective is a project that myself and other Irish artists collaborated on. We wanted to raise awareness of Image Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA) following a file leak of a woman’s intimate images. Together we raised €3,600 for organisations working with victims of IBSA.
OVERVIEW
We wanted to create designs that would show solidarity for the people affected by this. We decided to each come up with our own design to be sold on products such as tote bags and sweatshirts in order to maximise the amount of money we could raise.
THE PROBLEM
We each came up with our own design. My design featured the phrase “Grá for Mná” which means Love for Women in a simple black and white colour scheme.
THE SOLUTION
